Sports for All

College of Sport Sciences organized an introductory workshop to introduce the different types of sports, aiming to:

• Promote the concept of “Sport for All” as part of everyday life.
• Raise health awareness about the benefits of regular physical activity.
• Encourage community members to make use of available sports facilities.
• Support sports activity programs within and outside the university.
• Highlight the role of university women in promoting sports culture in society.
• Contribute to achieving Saudi Vision 2030 goals in the fields of health and quality of life.
